The controller took a while to arrive. Spotify never updated me. Then Spotify started sending me notification of my "other" orders, like amazon and it was usually wrong. Like orders i had already received where being sent in notifications, telling me "it" was on the way. I sent SurRonshop an email and they sent me the tracking number in just a few hours. I deleted that lousy Spotify app.
