took forever, and then they misdelivered it via some fly by night Chinese delivery company... 2nd effort also took forever... product no more fits my couch sectional than an old sock... product is also about as waterproof as tissue paper... save your money and keep shopping

Product took over a month to arrive. Product was taped into a plastic bag which was damaged (torn) upon delivery. Customer service was poor. The 4 seater couch skin came with no instructions for installation and did not fit the design of my sofa. I will be returning it.

The worst experience ever. I order the couch more than a month ago. I was supposed to receive it between December 7-10. Today is 12/27 and I still have not received it. Customer service has not helped at all, they say that they are working on it, but obviously not. I told them that I do not want it anymore because this has got me frustrated and to give me a refund, they do not want to provide me a refund and they expect me to pay for the shipping. Worst company ever.
