Your customer service is nonexistent. AI bots that will ask canned questions and claim to send your concerns to an actual person. Either there is no one to respond intentionally, or your product is so bad that your customer service reps can’t keep up with the volume of work. I will NEVER recommend Couchskins to anyone ever.
