But from then on there's no communication.
My order was received and acknowledged on a Monday, but by the Friday I still had no idea when the delivery was due.
Tracking process is via an app, so if you are unable to download the app there's no chance of knowing the delivery progress.
Not ideal communication.
Delivery progress should come from the company, not via a third party app.
