We ordered a pot filler and a faucet and the pot filler was great but we received the incorrect faucet and there was an obvious flaw in the finish. We have reached out via email and left a voicemail with no response at all. We were charged for the more expensive faucet which is what we wanted (the 8 inch spread) but we were sent the 6 inch spread. This is very disheartening and a response would be nice. We will never order again from this company. People should be very cautious about ordering. **upsate6/5/26: we did get in touch with someone at the company via chat and they advised they will work on the correct faucet for us which is the 8inch spread. We will be very happy when the correct item is shipped and we find out how to proceed with the incorrect item we received. More to come pending the final outcome.
