Delivery was a big time mess up as the present arrived too late, but this is a shared mess up between Haus of Hecate and the Royal Mail.
Also I'm not very impressed by packaging. I do understand this new era where everything needs to be ECO but even ECO could provide a little bit of class.
I personaly think that if Haus of Hecate moves to any european country they would provide much better service as they would have much better oportunity to be serious company with great earnings.
