Customer service was AMAZING, from the start I had issues with my samples getting lost so they reshipped, then provided a promo code because I missed the sale due to the samples not arriving, and then when I had install issues (it fell) they offered to ship a whole new mural (I was able to reuse the original panels). It was the length of time that it took to process the order that seemed unreasonable. 7 business days BEFORE it ships feels excessive. As a selections manager for a residential remodeling company, I work with several other wallpaper vendors that can get the material to me much faster. Also, the cost to expedite the processing was excessive at $150. Just not worth it.
