On my second order, somehow the size was shown to be xs instead of the intended xl size. I immediately emailed them once I noticed the error and they confirmed my inquiry instantly. My hope is that we can get the correct size out in the initial order to save the hassle of having to go thru the return process. Based on their response so far, I feel certain that we will be able to get this all straightened out!

n general, between 1–10, I would give 36 and Co a 6. The main reason is the “secret sweater” promotion offered at checkout. In my first order, the sweater never arrived, so I had to place a claim. In my second order, it also didn’t arrive with the package, and only days later I finally received it separately. Unfortunately, the sweater seemed more like a women’s style, with floral details on the wrists, which honestly was not something I would ever wear. For me, it ended up being wasted money,
