If I could give zero stars I would. So first of all I really wanted to like Major Fitness. I bought the Spirit B52 rack along with this seat attachment among others like dip bars and accessories. My first bad experience with Major Fitness is they told me this attachment would arrive late. They attempted to make it up by offering $10 off. Okay, fine. Then I open the box and I see this in the picture. The leg cushion had been undone and not able to be put back together. I reach out to customer service to have them provide a return label so I can get this replaced. They state they will email me the label in 1-2 business days. FIVE business days later… I email them back requesting the label. “Oh, apologies for the delay, here’s your label.” I send the box out via UPS, and the next day I get an email saying I’m getting some dip bars sent to me. I already received these, and they are now sending me a second pair. I reach out to customer service saying I didn’t request dip bars being replaced, I needed the seated leg extension chair replacement. They denied my claim said they are not sending a second pair of dip bars. Two days go by and sure enough, a second pair of dip bars show up at my door. This is by far, THE WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Had I known I would be going through all this I would not have bought this system and gone with another company. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else that will actually listen to you and treat you like a customer.
