You guys have the absolute worst customer service I’ve seen in the modern day. I paid for express shipping yet YOU GUYS took more than week to ship it out. In addition the belt didn’t fit so I submitted a return and again it’s been over a week since I requested with no communication. I understand you’re not a huge business and there’s labor constraints but you have a responsibility to the consumer especially if you’re running all these sales, basically if you can’t handle the volume of sales
