The single worst customer service I have ever dealt with, including telecoms, financial institutions and government agencies. They go out of their way to ignore you. They don't answer calls or emails. They spam you for reviews and to buy more products. They conveniently forgot about my exchange for a defective product and I had to reinitiate the exchange.
