Poor customer service, Only email. Low quality board and parts. Board caught fire via charging port. More upset that they have a meepo community of customers but instead of help, spend there budget on advertising. Remote constantly disconnects. Tightened trucks let me max speed but greatly reduce turn radius(175lbs). Overall spent to much money on cheap but fun board. Also, gave me hard time with return process after fire.

The first board I got form you was puny and weaker than advertised. The second broke after one ride and idk if the replacement will last either. Your lights are cheap, prone to exposing the power port, and don’t really work well wait the app. Oh, and you never shipped my wheels and won’t issue a refund. You are a terrible company and I wish I’d bought a different skateboard for another company
