Took way too long to resolve the problem I had. They expected me to receive parts from them to do a repair on a supposed refurbished board. I requested a refund and they were suddenly willing to send a replacement. Refurbished doesn’t necessarily mean they clean it and ensure that it works. The first board I received was dirty, muddy, and not functional.
Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.
