Except your stupid bot, who couldn’t answer to a simple question, everything else is great!

Overall, would not recommend. The board worked for two weeks. A stellar shopping experience for an inferior product is irrelevant.

Meepo never fulfilled the order. This is my second order to have an issue. I ended up ordering a backfire board instead. Meepo customer service and shipping is terrible. I'll never buy another one.

It’s been six weeks I haven’t received any order. I paid for it. Haven’t gotten a refund and got some crazy email from somebody saying hey is this correct address to someplace in Riverside California? I don’t even live in California. I don’t know where you got that address, but I sure would like to get the order that I signed up for Elsa refund

Bought a V5 refurbished board and am regretting it. Batter doesn’t even get half the miles and there is a zero return policy. So I am screwed.

Meepo have improved massively since their early days in terms of both customer service and the quality of the products they produce.

Bait and switch, false information.

Easy to find items.

Right after I place the order before shipping information was provided and confirmed I requested to cancel a portion of the order as it was not going to be needed. I requested the item be removed from the order and the card be refunded . I was told that was not possible the shipping process had already begun however the agent Ryan stated I would receive a refund anyway. The refund was never received after several emails. I don't know if I would even consider purchasing from meepo

I think I have a defective ESC. Skateboard stutters on first start from a stop then power kicks in after a second or two. Swapped the motors out and I feel the same thing. Why wasn’t this checked out or tested before reselling? Quality control seems to be unsatisfactory. Send an email with videos but did not hear a reply. It’s been over 24 weekday hours.

I liked the experience but I would have like to know what board is what. Like I wanted the best board Meepo had to offer but I was confused to know which one it was. Also the naming are kinda confusing.
