I ordered a beautiful matcha set! Something went wrong with the delivery so I sent an email, which was taken care of very customer friendly (5 stars)! There was supposed to be a free package of matcha with the matcha set. I never got it. I sent another email, but I didn’t get any response. I thought I’d leave it - because it was free anyway. So the 3 stars is because I had one 5 star-experience and 1 experience without any response.
