The communication from this company is consistently poor. I've had multiple issues where messages about my order were ignored, including one where I submitted a change before it shipped and never received a response. On another occasion, I was told via live chat that I could use a special promotion, only to find that it was worse than what was already listed on their own website. It ended up wasting my time and added a lot of unnecessary frustration.
