You offered me a discount and then gave me less that offered. I spoke to a rep that gave me bad information and I never got the correct discount. Each time I entered the discount code I received a different price for same items. And the total changed from one screen to the next with no explanation- wasn’t tax, or shipping cost just changed from 88 to 107. For example. No body cared when I emailed.

Support staff are very polite and did clearly explain why I did not get a complete refund. I bought buy 2 and got one free. I paid $66 and returned 2 unopened jars. I am only refunded $35. So, these offers of buy xx and get xxx are not really a bargain in my opinion. But the support people are very nice.
