When I made the phone call is when I found out they switched the size of what I originally ordered due to increase prices on product. I was never informed before. It should have a disclaimer on the checkout at a minimum that jar size has changed. That would at least qualify you for decent customer service. Give the customer a chance to change their order before having to spend more money to return items. You need to step up on this issue right away.

Before I was scratching my forehead and the dry flakes would get in my eyes. I used the Neptune that first night and it wasn’t greasy at all because my face sucked up all the balm I put on it and it ate it like it was a starving dog that stumbled onto the house with Thanksgiving dinner on the table but no bodies home. There was nothing left. And as I used it every night for the past two weeks my skin doesn’t itch anymore and it’s soft as babies butt. No I’m not saying I have a butt face.
