CS could have made an exception to the rule & send out another replacement.
Instead they told me they could do nothing if I didn't have theft insurance purchased.
I had the same thing happen w/ another package delivered that was missing. Based on the photos, the driver stupidly left the package on the ground, in front of mailboxes, in an unsecured, busy traffic area. In this instance when I complained to the company, they decided to send me a free replacement. That is a company worth my time!!

My experience was not like others although my skin was softer, blemishes and dark mark did not diminish. And i have a white formula of grass fed tallow and everyone else I see on advertisements has the yellow formula. Im guessing thats the difference with the honey. I have not experienced that so I can not speak in it. The white grass fed tallow only softened my skin which I love. I would like to say it worked wonders on my hands and especially my lower legs.
