As an international customer, the returns process was far from easy. I had to return one item as the sleeves were disproportionately long. It cost me £40 to return a single item, and on top of that, I had to print the return label myself. (It would have helped to put the return label in the parcel as others. If this had been communicated more clearly upfront, it would have helped set the right expectations. As it stands, the experience has been disappointing, and it has put me off buying again.
