You've literally sent me two shit boxes and done so without thought for the reputation of your company. I've sent you emails and pictures. I've temporarily stopped my subscription as a result of your intentional negligence. I sit here and think "Wow, how unlucky am i ". The first box broken crystals and missing items, the boxes look bigger than they appear, misleading. Then the so called replacement box "The Journal Box" turns up a week after xmas with NO JOURNAL, NO PEN. WTAF I'm responsible for a company with 2 thousand workers. And you guys can't even get my boxes right. Ask the excuses under the sun doesn't excuse 2 BAD BOXES!! I've also emailed from my work email [email protected]. Ya'll have acted most disgraceful!
