I was really disappointed with this purchase. I expected a more upscale, higher-quality sweatshirt, but what I received felt like a basic Gildan sweatshirt with lettering that looks like it was made using a Cricut machine. I bought it as a birthday gift for my best friend, and the quality is so underwhelming that I’m honestly embarrassed to give it to her. I can’t return the item because all sales are fine.

I received my order, but one of the items is not what I ordered. The dress you sent is completely different from the one I selected and looks like a cheaper item. I have tried to contact you three times with no response. The Boutique fails to tell me how to return the incorrect dress for free, or nor will send me the correct item. I also offered to send photos of the dress and the package if needed and still no response. This is poor business practice.
