Misleading shipping time. Misleading free gifts. Snooty customer service. Zero confidence in the one year warranty. When the website shows a free ice bath cover and ice packs for purchasing the sauna pod I thought the value was there. After receiving the product I would have rather spent the same money with a cheaper product with better and honest service.
