Customer service went above and beyond to help me complete my order. I wanted to use a gift card from work which wouldn't cover the entire cost of purchase, so they created a custom order for me and emailed it so I could pay with two different cards. I haven't had any problems so I don't know about their troubleshooting/warranty department, but everyone I've dealt with is what you would hope for in terms of customer service
