My initial order was sent in multiple shipments. Some if the initially needed items were extremely delayed. The subscription service for maintenance is overly priced and difficult to cancel. There are equally equivalent and better products out there for the same price points without the problems.

5 stars all the way for The Pod Company. You can tell pretty quickly this isn’t one of those cheap “wellness trend” companies throwing random products online. Everything from the ordering process to the product quality and customer support has been excellent. I originally found them while researching portable saunas and cold therapy products, and after comparing a lot of different companies, The Pod Company stood out because of the quality, design, and real customer feedback.
