You stayed on the website 30 day refund. It doesn’t say anything about not using it. I have a feeling you do that to people on purpose. To make it as difficult as possible to return the item once they realize it’s not as practical as they realized. You should be more transparent. The refund policy should be clearly stated if you’re gonna advertise 30 days free refund. There is a whole lot of extra steps involved.

My free gift did not come with the pod I had to call customer service to have them send it just to find out it was scratch offs. It says your free gift could be worth up 1,100 bucks but that’s probably just a load of crap. I got 2 discount codes worth $10 and could only use one at a time. A bit of an unexpected scam go get you to purchase something else but the coupon gets absorbed in shipping costs. 👎🏼
