Product didn't fit. Attempted return with refund but agent insisted on replacing instead. It doesn't make sense to me to replace them with the same style, just a different color, but that's what the agent insisted on. I returned my purchase using the prepaid return label but have yet to receive any replacement. So, now I'm out money and have nothing to show for it.

I have been very pleased with this company. I wanted to order a pair but the website showed they were out of it in my size. I contacted their Customer Service to inquire if they would be getting any more in my size, and they said they would look in their warehouse to see if perhaps there was a pair left - and in fact there was, and they shipped it to me the next day!
