I sent multiple emails for tracking and finally heard back with an apology and was told my order was updated to 2 day for the wait. It still took 4 days after that. Then when I received my order the packaging was so poor there were two huge holes in the package. One so big I just pulled the shirt out through it. I sent an email and asked how we could make this right since this has been such a bad experience from the beginning and haven’t heard back from anyone. Will not return to this seller..

I ordered 2 weeks and 3 days before the 4th of July so it would be safe arriving before the 4th of July. When it was 3 days before the 4th of July I emailed asking if should cancel my order due to not being able to arrive in time, and I got a response the next day saying they have been behind due to Fathers Day and the order will ship out expidited. The next day they sent me a shipping notice, but the tracking showed DHL coming from them with no delivery date. I finally recieved my 4th of July

Very beautiful shirt. However, we were a bit disappointed because we thought the guayabera would be stitched like an authentic guayabera. Maybe the fact that it was printed and not embroidered was somewhere in the description, but we didn't see it, so we felt a bit misled.
Suggestion: 1) offer both printed and stitched guayaberas 2) add pockets
