As a first time customer, I was really disappointed. The fabric is lower quality for the price, the shipping / delivery process is opaque and arrived too late for what I purchased it for. I messaged multiple times about when my items would arrive and each time the information given was incorrect. You waited almost a week to process my order, which boggles the mind. The return policy punishes the buyer and is not transparent on the website.
