I purchased a Magic Keys keyboard, and it has been an absolute nightmare! It's been 15 days since I made my purchase, and the keyboard still hasn't arrived. I've been chasing their customer service for updates, but they keep passing the blame to the shipping company. To make matters worse, I visited the shipping company multiple times, and they told me directly that it’s Magic Keys' fault and that they haven't even sent the item properly.
