The temperature outside was 103* My 1st order arrived with leaking jars and unsafe to eat. I called and asked for options to fix the situation. The temps outside were too hot to ship safely. The 2nd order sent with temps of 96*. They arrived very warm, but the lids weren't forced open from pressure. My problem was handled well and the almond butter is very good & tasty. I'll order again when the temperature is safer for shipping.
