Was happy to find a dairy free probiotic for my dairy free infant. This was the only dairy free infant probiotic I found that was within my budget and still seemed like a really good quality option. I give her a half dose and slip the tip into the corner of her mouth while she is nursing.

The shipment arrived one week late in 100 degree plus hot summer weather. I had to call customer service twice because the first CS representative dismissed my report of the lost shipment. The second CSR tried to dismiss my call to express my concern but when I pressed her she had another shipment send to me. The second shipment arrived one day late and the dry ice was evaporated and the ice packs were thawed but since it was only one day late I did not report it as unacceptable temperature.
