Please ***tell*** people plainly and openly that the only way they will get their probiotics delivered to them cold is if they choose to have them shipped via next day air. Otherwise, if people choose to have their probiotics shipped via the less expensive UPS shipping option, their probiotics may arrive warm and with the cold-packs in the box melted.
