I give Natren as a company 1 star. The product is good but website, ordering and receiving my orders isn’t worth the hassle. Delivery has always been hit or miss from the start, and then a system change caused months of delays. They told me they would send 14 Healthy Trinity as a gesture for the inconvenience, which honestly felt like a joke — and I didn’t even receive that. Also, they sending spam emails about discounts that I have not ever been able to use

I was sent a free 30 cap bottle along with my auto renew 60 cap bottle because I was charged the month of May but never received product related to me changing from every month to every two months. I called customer service about the discrepancy and never got a call back but can only assume the additional bottle of 30 was related to the mishap (or what I thought was a mishap). Anyway I appreciated it greatly!
