My wife loves knives, not guns. Knife I ordered was sold out after purchase but I was not notified. Instead of sending a similar knife as a replacement, I was sent an apology note and a smaller version of the second knife I ordered. Contacted Support and they were very helpful. Support was responsive and was able to send a suitable replacement.
