My order was on back order for about 10 days. The sweatshirt shipped and while its not my favorite material, It was sized and looks correct. I have never received the other part of my order which was a hat. When I tried to go to the link on the order to figure out what is going on with it the link had expired. Not great customer service if you can't connect to get an update.
