Ordering works well, prices are cheap, delivery is very quick considering the products are sent from China. I had to refund, so I had to send stuff back to France - I'm okay with that, I do not expect free returns by every company. I only have experience with one product, that looked and felt a bit cheap (but it also was cheap), and sadly was cut for a much smaller frame than I would have expected at 3XL size. If it had fit, I would probably have kept it, despite the perceived cheapness. I couldn't though, and having to contact customer support, for them to give you information on where you have to send your return parcel, is making people jump through hoops, which I find annoying. Also it being treated like the 14 days return window starts with receiving the goods (which I don't think is correct - I'm pretty sure the 14 days legally start with being informed about the return policy, including the return address) feels like another hoop. In my case, I tried on the piece when I received it, immediately knew I had to refund it, wrote a message, got a reply two days later and got the parcel on the way before the first week had passed, so it arrived at their address before 14 days since I had gotten it had passed - and I already got the confirmation that my refund is on the way. Now, it's cheap, a bit risky with returns, but I can see some customers getting good results - but there are caveats, which is why I'm giving 3 stars.
