I haven’t received my order 5 days after the delivery estimate after paying almost the same amount for the shipping as for the product itself. Furthermore, I tried contacting the seller and I haven’t received any response to none of the 2 emails I sent the help team. I have been patient but the lack of communication and delay is absolutely unacceptable, in my opinion. I would give a 0/10 if I could.

My order did not arrive and was marked as returned to the sender. I have tried to contact the shop multiple times via email and their website, but without success. I was really looking forward to receiving it and was eager to leave a positive review. I never leave bad reviews, but I have also never encountered such poor customer service. I'm now waiting to see if I can at least get a full refund if they cannot resend it. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.
