It was a joy to find this shop and know about its ownership and ethos. It was good that it gave me the option to receive texts for when the item I wanted was back in stock, although the replies alternated between automated and someone in person. But they did notify me as promised, and offered it at a fantastic discount. It was shipped in the time frame promised. Fees for shipping and for the tracking app were a little more than I expected, but the discount made up for it. I definitely would like to shop here again and support this business and its operators. I'm thankful for what they do and represent.
