I was sent an email and told that it had shipped and was on its way. I was also given a tracking number. The tracking number showed that USPS was waiting to receive the package. This went on for 3 weeks. The first email I sent about this problem went unanswered. It took a second email. Grateful Goose did not address what the problem was but the next day after my 2 email USPS received the package and thankfully I got it a week before the shower.

Horrible. They sent the wrong name and mailed to the wrong address because there was a much longer delay than the website stated. We moved and i sent them several emails with the updated address and they ghosted me. Biggest waste of money. Going to file claim with credit card.

I ordered the Cocoa Blessing Bear Baby Shower Bundle a month in advance, with no personalization, expecting it to arrive on time. The website states that non-personalized items ship within 3 days, but mine didn’t ship for 3 weeks and arrived two days after the baby shower. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email and social media, but received little to no helpful response. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and late delivery made this a very frustrating experience.
