Amazing customer service!

I have not received the bear yet. Very disappointed.

Never received my ordee

Easy to order instructions and payment process.

Neither good or bad. Just bought it on line.

So grateful for your BEAUTIFUL bear! It absolutely made my daughter’s baby shower extra special❤️! I was also impressed with how quickly the bear arrived, the quality of the workmanship and how communicative your company was throughout the process. You kept me up to date as the order was received, the bear was mailed and where it was in transit! Thanks again Graceful Goose!

The bear arrived after the shower.

Lack of follow up and resolution when our order was received damaged.

No complaints. Didn't contact them.

No help in a timely manner had to email five or six times when I finally got someone I was told to go to a link to request a refund it was denied and now no one will even email me back

Very quick to take my money, but very slow to receive the product , which Build a Bear has better bears than what I purchased.

Never received the heart bear and you provided no customer service.

The bear is a great concept and the bear I ordered looks to be of good quality. We haven’t had the baby shower yet, so I’m interested in how the pens work and fabric squares on the silicone pad.

The communication was great but it did take awhile to receive the bear.

It was easy to order and the website was easy to use. The shipping took longer than I’d like but it arrived safely and well packaged.

The product is nice but in the end I don't think it was worth the price and the stress of the extra long delivery time.

It took way too long to arrive since nothing was added except plain heart.

Website is set up nicely and ordering was easy. Very pleased!

Terrible customer service after shipping takes over a month with no customization

Items looked very nice. Customer service not impressed when trying to get answers about my order.

No issues at all.

Sent an email when was worried it wasn’t going to arrive in time and they sent me a response within 24 hrs. All was wonderful

Extremely bad customer service, automated responses when I submitted questions or concerns. Took over a month to receive a bear after money was drawn out my account the same day it was ordered and receiving a shipping notice 6 days later, that never moved. I did end up receiving the bear and a partial refund, but would not recommend or order from this company again.

Took over 3wks to arrive & received 2 bears, only ordered 1.

I was lied to. I was told my order could/would be cancelled as I requested but it never was. In addition the service was super slow as the non personalized item took over 3 weeks to be received.

They never responded to my concerns about not getting the product I paid for. Very disappointed. Bad customer service.

I kept telling you guys that you haven’t shipped it yet haven’t shipped it even though you said you shipped it and then when I called you guys you were you realize that and then you wouldn’t overnight it so that I could get it in time for the party, which would’ve been the solution so instead, I got it way
