Can’t say anything but wonderful things about the customer service I recieved by this company. The owner of this company personally runs his customer service number so any questions regarding the products will be answered by him. Unfortunately we have small dimensions in our house and needed assistance in narrowing down which product would fit in our house and he went above and beyond to help us. The chandelier has yet to be installed but out of the box they are beautiful.

Terrible company, lamp arrived broken and with fingerprints all over the plaster. Not as advertised in the photo, even with the disclaimer of minor differences due to each piece being handmade. By a preschooler, I presume. I cannot get ahold of anyone at this company for a refund or a return.
