The Lick Sleeve eliminated the need for the E collar after TPLO surgery for a rear knee CCL tear. We started with the cone collar but she could barely turn around with it while in her kennel. The sleeve worked well and she never tried to lick the site while wearing it.

I received a large size lick sleeve inside of an xl package. I contacted customer support and they said they would overnight the correct size to me. Itā€™s been a week and no xl lick sleeve has arrived and I have emailed multiple times with no response to see where it is. At this point I no longer need it and just want a refund but canā€™t even get anyone to respond for that.. horrible experience and will not be purchasing from lick sleeve again.
