I was advised to get a new charger for the Titan Ellipal 1.0 device I had because my original charging adapter was not working. I was told "if the issue persists, we would like to let you know that we have also released a compatible charging adapter for the Titan, which might help resolve the problem. You can consider using this as an alternative charging solution." This did NOT solve the problem. Not only did not solve the problem, but the microSD card that came with the adapter was defective: it was not being recognized on any computer, no matter what type of card reader I was using.
