I never received my product it’s been lost in the mail and Ellipal won’t refund me or send a new product to make it right apparently it’s sitting in a warehouse in LA for the last month and a half and the Postal Service can’t do anything it’s been insured and Ellipal has claimed the insurance but I won’t get any credit until they receive their product back in their hands but the shipping they set up anything returns and then goes to a warehouse that no one looks at ever!

I don’t care for all the products that I bought which I bought pretty much everything they have their customer supports not that great and I can’t get things onto the unit that easy. It has a scanner built on it with a camera, but trying to scan a QR code off a cell phone is practically impossible. You have to be perfectly squared up, and you can’t move it at all, and it won’t read it and then once you get close enough to get it to read it says you’re too close and I can’t read it.

Very poor service. My wallet never arrived. Four months have passed. I contacted support multiple times, but they didn't help me with a solution. I already contacted the Argentine Post Office, and they told me the package never arrived in the country. So, I have to consider my $154 lost. Total scam. I will never recommend them.
