I originally got wrong color when they contacted to see if I liked products I mentioned wrong color but it may have be my mistake. Jinchan customer service contacted me n advised if product was still in original packaging they could exchange them they sent return label n in under 2 weeks I had the correct color n I could not be happier with the service n product itself. lOVE
