Incredibly poor customer service. I wish everyone reads the reviews before purchasing. I wish I did. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I've had. 1) they lied on their website about the timeframe of delivery. 2) the replies to the emails and delivery itself are outright late and unprofessional (it took them 2 days to "print a label"). 3) the product came so late, that the event I needed it for passed, so I've sent an email to request an exchange, since I didn't need that short anymore (of course they don't refund) - it was a month ago and there's still no reply from kalmin Ross. What a scam. Is it even a business
