customer service insisted i return faulty bottle to factory and pay for the privilege. eventually they refunded by postage. when i to another faulty bottle i could not be bothered with the returns process and cancelled my subscription, but another bottle came nonetheless with they would not let me return and denied having ever supplied me with a faulty bottle previously
