I love their products! They are the BEST!! For that I would give FIVE stars! But β they got 2 of my items wrong, they sent the wrong item that i did not order. And then, the Life Mastery planner actually had some ink that bled through to the page on the other side. And it was missing a whole month of weekly pages!! I could not believe their lack of quality control!!!! Again - their WELL thought out design is AMAZING!! But their product fulfillment department truly lacks!!! It is so disappointing, I was so excited to receive my planner!! But I was SO frustrated to have a delay in making my plans, and the stress of having to report the problem and their errors, made me really question the company. again, their planners ARE the BEST! But just a warning β they make a LOT of errors! Last year, they sent me the WRONG planner FOUR times, before getting it right! I lost a whole month of planner use, due to their faulty ordering system. (I think it was a problem on their site). The only reason I am giving them a TWO-star instead of a ONE-star rating, is because their customer service was GREAT!! They made everything right, and compensated for their errors. The people were great! Thank you!
