I asked if I could add order and your customer service said I can’t and they will cancel it. So I did a separate order for the additional items only to be told afterwards that they did cancel the first order. A more accurate information could have helped to save the additional delivery fees. I’m still hesitant about reordering because the chopping board gets stained very easily barely after usage twice only.
